We recommend you use Hardwood split log sizes of no more than 16" long, which burn well inside as these are lengths you can typically buy in bundles at the supermarkets & hardware stores or get as cut cord wood @ 16”(Std). Layer in 3-5 logs to start, adding more as needed to keep the fire going.
• REAL FIRE PIT HEAT: Best used on brick, concrete, stone, or other masonry surfaces. If you would like to use on Lawns, Asphalt, and other heat-sensitive areas we recommend using the firepit on top of a masonry bricks or concrete square step stones. We do not recommend using on wooden or artificial wood surfaces. Do not leave unattended. Keep the outdoor fire pit a minimum of 10 ft. + away from buildings, structures, any flammable items, and vehicles.
• DETACHABLE EASY CLEAN REMOVABLE TRAY FOR ASH: Clean-up is a breeze and just takes 2 steps with our patent pending design removable tray for ash base of stainless-steel, simply remove the fire bowl and lift the base to empty ashes. The ash collects into the tray. This removable tray for ash will also keep the embers and coals contained so they don’t clog the airflow.
